Study Party History Well and Walk KIWL's New Era Long March

Amid a company-wide surge in in-depth Party history learning and education, مجموعة KIWL Party Branch Secretary and Chairman Jiang Wei recently delivered a lecture at KIWL's Party History School for all Party members and activists, drawing strength from a century of Party history to walk KIWL's new era long march.

Secretary Jiang Wei spoke on the theme "Study Party History Well and Walk KIWL's Century-Long Journey," explaining the spiritual essence of a century of Party history from two perspectives: the birth and development of the CPC, and how to study Party history and build KIWL's next hundred years. He called on all members to study Party history, remember their mission, and follow the Party steadfastly. He emphasized building Party branches in private enterprises and guiding their development with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, continuously drawing spiritual strength from Party history to support KIWL's high-quality development.

This Party lecture is a key part of KIWL's cultural program of "Study Party History, Build a Century-Old KIWL." Over more than three years, KIWL built its Party History School, which opened to the public in July last year with 1,200 square meters of exhibition space covering a century of Party history, a red book room, KIWL Party building, corporate culture, animated Party history education, and a secretary dialogue room. The school has welcomed more than 2,000 visitors.

The company regularly trains Party members, activists, middle managers, IE engineers, and KIWL master craftsmen. KIWL has also innovatively integrated Party history spirit and corporate culture into new employee onboarding, enriching red cultural education and putting the "Study Party History, Build a Century-Old KIWL" program into practice to provide strong spiritual momentum for sustainable development.
